Paul Kelly announces another A-Z tour around Australia
Back in 2004 Paul Kelly put on a series of gigs at the Spiegeltent in Melbourne, showcasing 100 of his songs played in alphabetical order over four nights.
He told stories between the songs and was inspired to start work on the book How To Make Gravy that was published this year. It’s a memoir that recounts tour stories and looks in to his songwriting over his 30-plus year career.
Kelly has just announced he’ll put on a run of The A to Z Shows around the country over coming months. Fans will be able to buy tickets to individual shows or go to multiple nights for a cheaper per-show cost.
This Friday he’ll also release The A To Z Recordings, an 8 CD box set of live recordings.
