Children Collide immortalised by EA SPORTS
A mere 3 weeks after it being a year since their debut album (The Long Now) was released, Children Collide have be included as one of only 10 tracks on the new EA SPORTS FIFA 10 soundtrack available for download after purchasing the game for any of the Sony Playstation platforms.The track has been remixed by English electronic pop group Ladytron, and almost gives a feel of what The Prodigy would have sounded like if they were around in the 80’s.
The uptempo beats are the perfect sort of sound to push a gamer through a serious match and keep sharp. There’s something to be said about the kind of tracks EA SPORTS choose to accompany their games, the kind that need to hold attention and spur on competition.
The predicted mass exposure for Children Collide is only going to further cement the Melbourne rock group as one of Australia’s best up and coming.
