Silverchair announce warmup show

Silverchair will be doing a very special warmup show in Sydney next Thursday night (March 16th) as “Short Elvis” (the name they had before they were called Innocent Criminals). They will be supported by guest DJ Seymour Butz.

The undercover gig will happen at the Gaelic Theatre in Devonshire Street Surry Hills. Doors will open at 7.30pm.

A very limited number of tickets are ON SALE NOW and are expected to sell out very quickly. To order please go to http://www.ticketsolutions.com.au/index.php/outletID/99 and have all your credit card info handy.

Please note that tickets will be limited to four per purchaser and due to the ‘warmup’ nature of this performance they will be only $29.95 each (including booking fees).

Also, please note that admission to the Gaelic Theatre is only open to people who are 18 years or older and carrying valid ID. There are no exceptions whatsoever to this rule due to government licensing laws.

For those who can’t make it on the night www.chairpage.com will carry an exclusive report including photo’s and setlist on the day after the show.

Silverchair will perform on March 19 at the Rockit Festival in WA, March 24 at the Clipsal in Adelaide and on April 14 at Sydney’s Great Escape festival. For more info plus an exclusive peak at the band at work writing new songs for their next album please check out www.chairpage.com (coming soon).
