Xavier Rudd tour postponed
Xavier has been in hospital for the past 2 days with a major throat infection. He has not fully recovered today and while he IS getting better a grueling tour of upcoming sold out shows, without full recovery will make his throat condition far worse, and could even affect his voice permanently.
On doctors orders Xav has been forced to take the next few weeks off to recover. Therefore we have to cancel the current tour from tonight At Yallaha and reschedule as many shows as we possibly can into April.
Xavier’s health is the most important thing for him and his family right now. We know there will be some inconvenience with this announcement today and for that we are truly sorry and hope for your understanding. However, a decision has been made by his management to postpone the remainder of his tour immediately and TPA have rescheduled accordingly.
Most dates will be moved to APRIL as follows. Regrettably, some shows may not be possible at all, given the tight touring window available. All tickets will be made valid for the new shows where indicated and full refund will be available from point of purchase (this offer expires 1 week after the show date on ticket).
