Hilltop Hoods have struck gold
Hilltop Hoods are striving towards the skies with no intention of stopping!
The Adelaide outfit not only secured a number one debut on the Australian Aria charts with their album, State of the Art, but the album has also gone gold.
State of Art is the second album for Hilltop Hoods to achieve number one chart status.
The album is also on track to become the fastest selling Australian album for 2009.
In 2006, the band’s album, The Hard Road, also topped the charts.
Meanwhile, the band’s latest single, Chase That Feeling, has jumped four spots to sit at number 16 on the ARIA singles chart.
Hilltop Hoods has already sold out almost all of their album tour next month.
