More than 200 people were caught with drugs at last weekend’s Splendour in the Grass music festival.
About 35,000 people attended the two-day event at Byron Bay’s Belongil Fields.
Police using drug detection dogs found 209 in possession of illegal substances, a statement from Tweed/Byron Local area Command and the Operational Support Group said.
As a result, officers issued 120 court attendance notices for drug offences and 89 cannabis cautions.
Officers charged a 30-year-old Lismore man with supplying a prohibited drug after he allegedly had 80 ecstasy pills in his possession.
There were a number of arrests for alcohol-related and street offences.
